Introducing your humble mayor, Le Idiom. Head honcho of the Phoenix based Boogie Noodle Record, Le Idiom brings a signature passion for all things boogie, house, funk, and techno related, which we gladly welcome into the GRN+GLD pantheon.

Giving us a tour of his town, we are supplied with a 7 track welcoming committee of luscious, delicate, and smile inducing Japanese disco edits. Feel good funk and dance floor ready rockers lace the province from end to end. Subtle filter sweeps, and punched up drums push these already marvelous tracks from fun to undeniably frenetic.

Standout track "Night Drive" features additional production from D Chino, catchy guitar, and an infectious vocal hook. Chopped
to perfection, the wheels of this groove don't stop rolling until the very end. "Sunshine Kiss" is a sun soaked anthem leaving us beach ready and eager to hit the shore, while title track "Aqua City" acts as the perfect centerpiece for our journey. Stress is a million miles away as bubbling bass, sizzling hats, and bombastic strings & horns tell us calmly that when you are here, there is nothing to worry about.

Flying high up above the palms and plunging deep alongside the reef, Le Idiom's GRN+GLD debut deftly guides us on a never ending tour of relaxation. Don't be afraid to crack a smile, crack a bev, and break a leg. Just one trip to Aqua City and you won't want to go home.
