Crafted as an antidote of calm during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown, glowydot's second release on GRN+GLD seeks to remind the user of a familiar yet amorphous feeling of home. Electronic sounds imitate nature, in a digital mimicry of bubbles, campfires, breezes, and crickets. 'music as a home' is a nostalgia fueled ambient project with glimpses of 8-bit and lo-fi undertones, built to inspire comfort and reflection.

glowydot is longtime friends and collaborators with Wildhairacross, and GG079 is meant as a companion piece/sister LP to his dear friend's 'Winters In Nebraska' LP, released as GG078. The two LPs are intended as a back to back listening experience.
